CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a fee of 50% of the service cost. Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full session fee.
